PPS Staff
Burr Anders is the resource consultant responsible for this acreage analysis. Burr has vast knowledge of resource management from his personal and practical experience. Burr owned and operated a large grain and livestock business for 14 years. For 5 years he was the production foreman for a large corporate ranch in southwestern Montana. Burr also has 14 years experience consulting landowners on property management, stocking rates, land use, weed scouting and soil fertility recommendations within a tri-state area.
Small Acreage Management
Professional Pasture Services (PPS) is the small acreage management division of Mountain West Cooperative. Mountain West Cooperative has served western Montana's agricultural landowners for over 75 years, providing the products and expertise needed to improve the profitability of our customer's farm or ranch. Mountain West Cooperative has locations through out Ravalli, Missoula, Granite, Powell, Mineral, Sanders and Lake counties.

Mountain West Co-op is the only area business with a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) on staff. The CCA certification means you are working with the most qualified professional around. CCA's are certified by the American Society of Agronomy and have and will continue to meet strict standards involving knowledge on soil and water management, pest management, soil nutrient management and vegetation management. CCA's are held to a strict code of ethics and always have the landowner's best interest first and foremost.
The Certified Crop Advisor Program qualifies the accuracy and quality of this acreage assessment and its use recommendations.
